If you live in the barracks on base, don't bother ordering here for delivery. When you call the direct line, the address doesn't come up on their system so they'll put you through to customer service where you're on hold for a long time. Once you're able to speak to someone, it takes even longer to make them understand your address. Also, If you try to customize your order, like substituting an ingredient on one of their everyday deals pizzas, they won't do it. It's a shame, because when I actually went there one time, they were pretty accommodating with substitutions and the pizza and wings were decent.

How do you rate negative 5 stars .....where to begin the pizza took 1 hour and half to get to my house. When I phoned customer service they said the only thing they could offer was 10$ off my next visit.......I guess they saved them self's 10$ since I will never go back.......next the donair pizza I ordered only had one slice of tomato on the whole pizza.
